We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Manager, Technical Program Manager to drive significantly complex cross-functional technology initiatives. This pivotal role will operate in environments where business and program architecture may not be defined, driving clarity and delivering results. A successful candidate will effectively force multiply across teams, identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies and architecture, and align organizations toward simple, coherent approaches through cross-org structures and mechanisms. We are looking for a leader who likes to solve problems and remove obstacles. If you enjoy leading cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, program managers, and product managers, and you are skilled at organizing, driving, and communicating laterally and upwards, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity to work alongside talented teams solving complex problems.
