AWS is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our flagship leadership development programs: Day 1 Leader and Day 1 Culture. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of AWS's core leadership development initiatives that impact thousands of leaders globally. You will lead a team of program managers and learning specialists who design and deliver world-class development experiences. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep expertise in adult learning and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling leadership development programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will partner closely with AWS senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our programs drive measurable impact on leader effectiveness and organizational culture.
