Sr Manager ASIC Sustaining Engineering, Amazon Leo Sunnyvale, California, USA Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Amazon Leo Supply Chain team is looking for a Sr Manager - ASIC Sustaining Engineering to partner closely with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to align product roadmaps with market demands. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy while maintaining design quality standards. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will also be an advantage. Key job responsibilities - Product Development & Lifecycle: Work closely with Design teams to transition of chips from tape-out to final product, including validation, characterization, and debugging. - Yield Enhancement & Optimization: Analyzing wafer fabrication data and test results to improve chip yield, directly impacting profitability. - Yield, Test & Operations Strategy: Managing relationships with foundries and
