Sr. Industrial Engineer, Robotics Manufacturing & Operational Excellence Westboro, Wisconsin, USA As a Senior Industrial Engineer for Robotics Manufacturing & Operational Excellence, you will define and lead the next generation of manufacturing operating systems across Amazon Robotics' production sites. This is not a traditional industrial engineering role - you will merge deep technical expertise in factory operations and lean systems with strategic continuous improvement leadership, serving as the architect of our Operational Excellence operating model and the driving force behind a culture of relentless improvement. You will lead an Operational Excellence Council, work with and coach a team of Industrial and CI engineers, and champion digital lean practices that transform how we manufacture robotics at scale.
