If you want to join a fast-paced, innovative team responsible for providing financial insights that drive the performance of a diverse, global sales organization, this is the place for you. The AWS Sales Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in influencing decision-making and planning at the highest levels of AWS Finance. In this role, you will own revenue reconciliation building and maintaining new frameworks to tell the story of what drives AWS revenue. You will partner with stakeholders across sales, tech, and finance organizations to deliver critical insights that inform our business. You will leverage financial modeling, AI tools, and communication abilities to create insights that influence planning cycles and inform leadership discussions. Key job responsibilities - Develop and own end-to-end revenue reporting that tracks anomalies in revenue reporting. - Deliver financial analysis that improves the accuracy of revenue estimates for the sales organization. - Create high-quality reporting deliverables (weekly and monthly) that provide actionable insights. - Partner with finance teams across multiple geographies and business units to reconcile estimates, identify revenue drivers, and ensure narrative consistency. - Build automated solutions for revenue reporting leveraging AI capabilities.
