About this role
Sr. Creative Executive Milan, Lombardy, ITA Amazon Prime Video is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sr. Content Development Executive for the Italian Originals team. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help build a pipeline of projects aligned with audience and content strategy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Amazon Prime Video's mission to shape the future of Italian digital entertainment, while working in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role focuses on overseeing content development and production through efficient coordination, administrative tasks, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills, managing everything from pitch intake to project development and delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders in Italian media industry. Key job responsibilities • Read incoming pitches, organize external story narration and internal pitch discussions and communicate interest or declines. • Schedule narrations, book meeting rooms, and coordinate entry/OTP with the GREF team. • Ensure content standards are met for new pitch submissions. • See through all creative aspects of a title from development to launch by co-ordinating and communicating with internal and external stake holders. • Serve as the first point of contact for cold calls and pitch inquiries from industry contacts • Organize archival content in Box folders and develop a system for production teams to manage ongoing data • Maintain a comprehensive database of creators, production companies, and insights from show learnings • Track title search requests
