About this role

Sr Business Operations Manager, AWS Tokyo, JPN AWS Global Sales Operations (GSO) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. This position will own and execute the Tech strategy for Japan as well as experiment, drive and scale initiatives with high impact on customers and our organization, specifically migration/modernization and GenAI - our biggest Tech focus. This position will support cross area initiative to accelerate business performance, will be responsible for implementing KPIs and measuring performance of the organization, supplying the management team with relevant and timely data and facts on health of the business. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and deliver with bias for action. This position will work with the several stakeholders such as Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, Partner, and the Worldwide Solution Architects
