Key job responsibilities The Leo team is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering leader to drive the mechanical supply chain strategy for our Leo Ground Gateway Terminal hardware-owning everything from supplier capability assessment to production scalability. You'll work cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and operations to resolve technical tradeoffs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure we deliver reliable hardware at scale. This role combines hands-on engineering problem-solving with strategic supply chain ownership in a fast-moving aerospace environment. • Lead aerospace manufacturing engineering for mechanical engineering scope for Leo Ground Gateway Terminal (GGT) hardware, focusing on supply chain readiness, manufacturability, and production scalability • Own mechanical supply chain strategy, serving as primary interface to suppliers, contract manufacturers, procurement, and production operations teams with emphasis on supplier capability assessment, component sourcing strategy, and supply chain risk mitigation • Collaborate with procurement team members on component selection, vendor development, and cost-reduction initiatives • Support Ground Systems engineering with New
