About the Role The Twitch Ads team manages the systems that power ad delivery to millions of users, balancing revenue generation with creator, viewer, and advertiser satisfaction. Our team owns critical ad services- from eligibility decisions to real-time delivery- and operates at the intersection of Twitch's video platform and Amazon's advertising ecosystem. We drive essential business operations, build trustworthy products for advertisers, and shape the ad experience for viewers. In this role you will work closely with engineers across Twitch Ads and Amazon Ads and partner with product managers, designers, and data analysts to architect and ship solutions that unlock exciting new ads formats, placements, and capabilities.
