Key job responsibilities This Software Development Manager role will be critical in redesigning how ads contribute to a personalized, relevant, and inspirational shopping experience, with the customer value proposition at the forefront. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Directly manage and lead a team of Software Development Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers. - Develop engineering roadmaps and drive engineering executions for SPB Off-Search ads retrieval with Machine Learning (ML) and GenAI solutions, lead hardware and operational annual planning, to enable multi-surface, placement, and theme monetization and to deliver more relevant, engaged, and personalized ad and shopping experiences on Amazon Stores. - Foster cross-team collaborations with applied science teams and page experience teams in
