As a Software Development Engineer at FireTV, you'll have the opportunity to work on latest technologies that directly impact millions of users' daily entertainment experiences. Whether you're developing sophisticated search algorithms using Large Language Models or building scalable solutions for live TV streaming, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in digital entertainment, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow and make significant technical contributions. Key job responsibilities - Design and implement scalable software solutions for search and content discovery features using modern technologies including ML and LLMs. - Own end-to-end development cycles from design through production deployment, including A/B testing and performance optimization. - Develop and enhance retrieval/ranking algorithms and personalization features to improve content discovery. - Build and maintain highly available distributed systems that can serve millions of users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various FireTV services with Alexa and other Amazon platforms. - Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews. - Work with AWS technologies (EC2, S3, EMR, SQS, SNS, etc.) to build robust and scalable solutions. - Drive innovation
