Senior Risk Manager, FORGE Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Join Amazon as a Senior Risk Manager - Shape the future of Risk and Governance in Finance Operations Amazon is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join our Finance Operations Risk, Governance, and Experience (FORGE) team. In this role, you will scope, plan, and execute audits of Finance Operations controls and processes related to monthly balance sheet reconciliations, to drive a continuous controllership culture. You may also support adhoc inspections related to procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis, or other Finance Operations processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop action items that address findings, prepare formal inspection reports, and present findings to senior leadership. Your subject matter expertise is critical to develop a strong working knowledge of Finance Operations' processes, current initiatives, and organizational changes impacting financial processes. This role requires strong leadership skills to influence others and/or self-serve in order to achieve critical inspection objectives. You will be expected to identify risks that impact Finance Operations and work with the appropriate owners to devise mitigation strategies. FORGE is looking for someone who can dive deep to understand Amazon's disparate and complex processes and related applications, can work through ambiguity, and can deliver results.
