You'll own the intersection of process, data, content, and automation; orchestrating responses today while building the mechanisms and tooling that eliminate the need for manual orchestration tomorrow. This is a builder role. You think in systems and mechanisms, always looking for ways to automate, scale self-service, and eliminate toil while maintaining a high bar for deliverables. You work back from internal and external customers' needs to define, prioritize, and deliver on time, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist and self-learner with strong personal momentum and critical judgment. You communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
