You'll be the driving force behind innovative logistics solutions, partnering across engineering and operations teams to expand network coverage and optimize delivery performance. Your expertise will directly impact how quickly and efficiently we serve customers, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in rapid logistics. Key job responsibilities - Manage high-visibility automation programs focusing on quality, capacity, and future design innovations - Coordinate cross-functionally with Reliability Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering teams - Execute complex engineering program deliverables and operational goals - Analyze performance dashboards and automation logs to drive strategic problem-solving - Monitor and improve Material Handling Equipment performance across the network A day in the life Your day will be dynamic and impactful, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You might start by analyzing performance dashboards, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative material handling solutions.
