Senior Program Manager - Finance Operations, Transportation, Finance Operations Seattle, Washington, USA The Finance Operations (FinOps) Business Partnership (BP) team is seeking a Finance Manager who will be a key member of the Global Transportation BP team. In this role, you will drive Accounts Receivable performance across multiple modes of Transportation globally, developing and maintaining operational metrics, assessing priority areas, driving global operational reviews, and owning improvements to achieve targets. You will partner with upstream business, finance, technology, tax, and accounting teams to build scalable receivable processes and remove defects. As a business partner, you will collaborate daily with Accounts Receivable Service Centers, Business, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Technology, Customers, and other operational groups at all levels in a global environment. Your strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will be essential to manage multiple high-visibility priorities in a fast-paced environment where you'll navigate ambiguous situations and drive effective solutions. Key job responsibilities - Define and develop key performance indicators, operational metrics, and service level agreements for programs and processes, tracking delivery against global objectives - Partner with leadership to consolidate inputs, challenge assumptions on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders, and maintain effective relationships between Finance Operations, Service Centers, and Transportation businesses - Analyze critical data sets to trace defect areas to root causes, scope future state solutions, influence roadmap decisions, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions - Solve complex customer, process, and system escalations to ensure thorough root cause analysis and effective problem resolution - Identify and quantify financial
