As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling our pharmacy network, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience across Amazon's pharmacy business. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field Experience in program management, operations management, or related field Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials Experience in e-commerce or retail operations Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical supply chain Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize daily order processing operations with third-party pharmaceutical sellers Manage and scale a network of Pharmacy Fulfillment Centers serving 19,000+ PIN codes Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal teams and external partners Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Strategic Leadership: Partner with Product, Tech, Category, and Logistics teams to drive operational efficiency Identify and execute high-impact projects to generate new revenue streams Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize cost structure and improve customer experience Design and implement scalable solutions for pharmacy operations Program Management: Create and maintain project
