This role puts you at the intersection of operational leadership and strategic impact - owning delivery performance across a high-volume launch pipeline, developing a team of fulfillment specialists, and shaping the systems and processes that make North America's technology launch capability scale. As Senior Manager Technology Fulfillment Service- Execution, you own the technology fulfillment pipeline for new site launches end-to-end. You'll lead a team of fulfillment specialists, own regional delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement across the entire launch supply chain. You'll partner at a senior level with construction, deployment, and vendor management to ensure technology readiness for every new facility - and you'll set the direction for how your team scales to meet the demands of Amazon's growth.
