As a Senior Manager, you will use significant expertise and high judgment to design team structures and strategies to meet long-term business goals in areas where problems and strategies are not yet defined. You will lead other leaders to set and execute on the vision. You will also drive hiring and developing engineers, helping them meet and exceed their career goals. You'll manage multiple teams and leverage your strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results.
