Launched in 2006, Amazon Web Services officially began offering developer customers access to web services - now widely known as cloud computing - based on Amazon's own back-end technology platform. AWS S3/Glacier Finance seeks a world class Senior Finance Manager for the Object Storage (S3) business. This position will serve as a strategic leader who work closely with senior leadership to drive thoughtful analysis and controllership in the S3 services space. Key job responsibilities - Controllership & Reporting: Manage capital spend reporting, track KPIs, and perform variance analysis across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles. - Strategic Finance Leadership: Set and track critical business goals that are key inputs to pricing decisions across Storage and other AWS services. - Contribute to driving improved AWS free cash flows. - Financial Planning & Analysis: Build complex financial models and analytical tools to set and track overall financial performance against goals. - Lead OP and R&O CapEx planning, and weekly/monthly
