About this role
SCFM Senior Contracts Manager, SCFM Dallas, Texas, USA AWS MOTOR is seeking a result-oriented Senior Constracts Manager supporting our Global SCFM operations. The Senior Contracts Manager will work across the full breadth of the SCFM organisation, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all contract types within the portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with a strong emphasis on real estate transactions (Letters of Intent, leases, subleases, licenses, CRA (Cost Reimbursement Agreements) AFL (Agreements for Lease), drafting Work Orders and supporting docu-mentation, financial business case preparation, and end-to-end approvals management. The scope covers ongoing lease servicing for existing facilities, contractual negotiations for facility retrofits, Li-cense of Alterations and contract documents for new build projects. The successful candidate will co-ordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, business cases are prepared to support investment decisions, approvals are routed and tracked to completion, and all commercial arrangements are properly documented and aligned with organisational policies. The suc-cessful candidate will represent the SCFM team and own engagement with internal and external teams including Real Estate, Real Estate Legal, Construction Legal and, where needed, engage with appointed Outside Counsels. Key job responsibilities Real Estate Contract Coordination - Coordinate the end-to-end execution of real estate transactions including Letters of Intent (LOIs), leases, subleases, licenses, amendments, and surrenders - Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Operations) and external teams (landlords, agents, legal counsel) to progress transactions to execution - Track and manage lease milestones including rent reviews, break options, expiry dates, and re-newal deadlines
