RME Manager I, IN-RME Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) Manager is responsible for overseeing comprehensive facility management services to ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across the facility. This role encompasses strategic planning, vendor management, and team development to maintain high standards of facility operations. Key job responsibilities Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability, Performance, Cost, etc.) · Responsible for equipment maintenance (Trolleys, Conveyors, work stations, Labeling Machines, PLC control systems, electrical systems etc.) leading a team of 3rd party technicians · Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment. · Develop and implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment · Follow up required material purchasing with the Procurement Team A day in the life The Facilities Manager will be responsible for all fulfillment center operations facilities planning, and for managing our 3rd party service providers for maintenance and facilities services. Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience - 2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience - 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience - Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators - Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
