As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager, you'll bring together the elements that make our working environment as supportive and efficient as possible. Your focus will be to lead and mentor a team of expert technicians dedicated to equipment reliability. Key job responsibilities - Support colleagues in site compliance with safety policies and procedures - Implement EU network standards, plan preventative maintenance and ensure technical availability - Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyse data to improve processes - Deliver and support both site-based and network-level projects - Lead, support and mentor your team to develop their career A day in the life You'll be based at one of our operational sites, which allows you to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what's happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance.
