About this role

Regional Environmental Engineer, AWS Environmental Team New Florence, Missouri, USA You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. As a Regional Environmental Engineer (REE), you will be responsible for environmental compliance at AWS data centers in Missouri. You will develop standards and policies to support regulatory compliance, complete environmental performance analysis, establish and monitor metrics, and guide the teams in implementation of Amazon environmental standards. You will provide guidance and build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including government entities, contractors, consultants, design, construction, operations and other key stakeholders. This position is based in New Florence, MO and will require travel throughout the state.
