The Global RAD Operations organization manages and is responsible for a wide variety of hardware deployment, new device launches and project initiatives that cross business teams within Amazon. Key job responsibilities Besides others, your core responsibilities will be the following: - Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing - Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility - Analyze and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level - Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence - Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize world wide practices - Steer all warehouse flow activities (receive, stow, pick, pack, ship)
