Os estagiários de Projetos recebem treinamento sobre implementação, manutenção e crescimento de um programa estratégico (por exemplo, Programe e Poupe, Ofertas, Prime). Você colaborará com diferentes partes internas interessadas para aprender como melhorar a oferta de um programa e seus benefícios para nossos clientes. Como parte das suas responsabilidades, você ajudará a monitorar e relatar o desempenho do programa, comparar os concorrentes e outros mercados para buscar oportunidades de inovação, além de contribuir com projetos estratégicos e apresentar as descobertas aos líderes seniores. Como estagiário, você terá o acompanhamento de um gestor e um mentor.
