About this role
Programmatic Advertising Specialist , Advertising Support San Jose, San Jose, CRI The Support Products & Services (SP&S) team is looking for a solutions-oriented and customer obsessed Programmatic Advertising Specialist to help advertisers troubleshoot and optimize self-service display, video, and audio campaigns within the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and strategic consultation to advertisers across campaign setup, creative moderation, performance optimization, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers, and general campaign or account-level questions. A successful Programmatic Advertising Specialist will have proven expertise in programmatic advertising platforms and a strong track record of successfully supporting global clients through technical troubleshooting and optimization consultation. They demonstrate advanced communication skills and can effectively articulate complex technical concepts and optimization strategies to advertisers and agencies. They will leverage their hands-on DSP experience and analytical capabilities to help advertisers achieve campaign objectives, diving deep into performance data to identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Key job responsibilities • Responding promptly and accurately to live chat or email support questions, helping advertisers troubleshoot complex issues related to campaign setup, creative moderation, performance optimization, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers, or any general questions related to their campaign or account • Conducting optimization analysis, performance reporting, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign data and industry best practices • Providing onboarding support, explanations of new features, consultation for product usage, and industry best practices to advertisers who reach out through contact us • Analyzing and interpreting
