About this role

The PMO Program Manager is responsible for driving cloud transformation and migration projects to successful completion, keeping them on schedule and aligned to customer outcomes. Working within the Program Management Office, this role manages the day-to-day execution of program workstreams, coordinates across technical and business teams, and maintains visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Drive cloud migration and transformation projects to completion, maintaining schedule adherence and quality standards across all workstreams Customer Engagement: Work directly with customer stakeholders to coordinate project milestones, manage dependencies, and support the execution of migration and modernisation activities Program Coordination: Facilitate weekly alignment meetings, program-specific updates, and cross-team coordination sessions to ensure delivery teams remain synchronised Milestone Management: Partner with technical delivery teams, solutions architects, and operations on project milestones; review and validate milestone schedules and deliverables Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports; provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and blockers Risk & Escalation: Identify, track, and escalate milestone-level issues impacting project schedules; support development of mitigation strategies Process Improvement: Define and implement process improvements using data and metrics to drive efficiency and delivery quality Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project
