About this role
Program Manager, Vendor Management, Delivery Networks & Technologies Hyderabad, Telangana, IND Delivery Networks & Technologies team builds and operates the mapping and geospatial intelligence that powers Amazon's global delivery network. Our vision is to provide the best solutions for Amazon Delivery Networks with a focus on safe, efficient, and frictionless delivery experiences. We build solutions that support drivers globally, leveraging innovative technologies including machine learning, computer vision, and large language models to enrich our in-house solutions with high-quality geospatial data. To achieve this objective, we manage a portfolio of vendors who supply critical geospatial data across markets worldwide. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Program Manager to join our Vendor Management team. In this role, you will drive process automation and governance across for our vendor ecosystem including streamlining data evaluations, contract administration, purchase order management, and vendor payment coordination to reduce operational overhead and improve compliance. You will design and implement scalable governance frameworks and automation solutions that enable our team to operate efficiently at scale. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal teams, and the ability to communicate clearly across a variety of internal and external audiences.
