Program Manager, Technology Fulfillment Services-Program Services , RDPI Technology Fulfillment Services- Program Service Nashville, Tennessee, USA We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Robotic Delivery and Packaging Innovation (RDPI) Supply Chain Technology Fulfillment Services- Program Service (TFS-PS) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to support Programs and end-to-end strategies for the onboarding and management of IT hardware products across Amazon's Worldwide Store Operations. As a member of the TFS-PS team, you play a critical part in ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies into our global supply chain services. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning the onboarding process with the evolving capabilities of our supply chain, driving operational efficiency, and fostering innovation throughout the lifecycle of IT assets. By aligning the onboarding of new IT products with the evolving capabilities of our supply chain, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic value of our technology infrastructure across Amazon's Worldwide Store Operations. Key job responsibilities Program Management: - Support OIS and other engineering driven programs for ensuring timely delivery of SC deliverables. - Support customer driven programs for ensuring seamless SC support. - Work with cross functional teams to ensure program health and unblocking of any program risk. - Reporting on Program health to cross vertical leadership. - Create and manage workflows and governance processes for cross vertical program management.
