Program Manager, MENA Imports Cairo, EGY Are you ready to grow selection from international brands in Egypt? The MENA Imports team is looking for a highly motivated builder who can quickly familiarize themselves with the EG imports process and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In the role, you will be required to build relationships with cross-functional teams, understand complex Business/Tech/Ops processes at Amazon, assume ownership to run Imports operations smoothly and efficient, and help us build an optimal business model. High judgment, analytical talent and good document writing skills with concise communication are essential to success in this role. Key job responsibilities As an Imports Program Manager, your key responsibilities include: 1. Acting as the main point of contact for Imports related topics for Retail Category teams, including defining selection targets and commercial terms. 2. Providing on the ground, operational support for smooth execution of import shipments. Work with partner teams to drive process improvements related to compliance and logistics. Document standard operating procedures. 3. Ensuring all import documentation meets regulatory requirements. Staying updated on changes to import regulations and tariffs. 4. Issue resolution and problem-solving: Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to address imports related issues. Monitor shipment tracking from origin to destination, and coordinate delivery schedules. 5. Stakeholder communication - Providing regular updates to internal teams and leadership. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
