Key job responsibilities - Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction - Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations - Build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes Basic Qualifications: - Experience in program or project management - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in driving process and tool improvements - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules,
