About this role

Program Manager Intern Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX Program Manager interns receive training on implementing, maintaining, and growing strategic programs (such as Subscribe & Save, Deals, Prime). You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to learn how to enhance program offerings and their benefits to our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will help monitor key performance indicators, report on program performance, analyze competitors and other markets to identify innovation opportunities, and contribute to strategic projects while presenting findings to senior leaders. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. We give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting. Amazon has adopted an in-person work model and all employees, including interns, are required to work from the office 5 days per week at our CDMX Office in Mexico Key job responsibilities Analyze program performance data and metrics to understand how our strategic initiatives are performing and identify areas for improvement Research competitive offerings and market trends to uncover innovation opportunities that could enhance our programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and customer service to gather insights and support program initiatives Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research, synthesizing findings, and preparing materials for presentation Present analysis, recommendations, and project findings
