Track and report on ongoing initiatives and results, with appropriate bridges to understand defects. Collaborate closely with scheduling tech team and scheduling-ops to gain consensus on initiatives. Provide insights into broader impact of initiatives such as fill-rate optimization, waste and churn. Align with product team on planned roadmap and optimize effectiveness. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; (2) developing program strategy and end to end delivery; and (3) communicating program results to senior leadership.
