You'll work on creating a cost-effective, fast delivery service for customers in neighboring countries, managing customs clearance and last-mile delivery. Key job responsibilities - Develop and optimize processes for cross-border shipping exports - Create efficient customs clearance and last-mile delivery solutions - Analyze data using various tools to highlight successes and areas for improvement - Develop action plans and implement process improvements based on data analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the global shipping experience - Contribute to the globalization of B2C delivery services, setting new industry standards A day in the life As a Program Manager in Global Carrier Management, your day typically begins with team meetings where you'll align on priorities and ongoing projects. Throughout the day, you'll dive into shipping data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization in our global logistics network. You'll spend time collaborating with 3P customs and logistics partners, working to streamline cross-border processes and enhance efficiency. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to developing and presenting process improvement proposals to leadership, while also implementing new shipping solutions to enhance the customer experience. Your role involves regular interaction with 3P carriers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on global logistics strategies and maintaining strong partnerships across the organization.
