Amazon Fresh Grocery Fulfillment is seeking a talented Program Manager to help build best-in-class operational strategies and programs while cultivating strong relationships with global stakeholders. What You'll Do As a Program Manager on the Amazon Fresh Grocery Fulfillment team, you will own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional programs that drive customer-facing improvements and cost efficiencies across the business. You will: - Scope, develop, and manage end-to-end project plans and processes - Coordinate and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams - Communicate program status, risks, and process/product changes to senior leadership - Build and maintain deep partnerships with both domestic and international stakeholders - Develop executive-level presentations and documentation to support strategic decision-making Who You'll Work With This role requires close collaboration with teams across Tech, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Workforce Planning, Delivery, Engineering/Facilities, HR, and more. You will lead, influence, and support business-critical initiatives that shape the future of ultra-fast grocery fulfillment operations. What You'll Bring - Proven experience in program/project management or operations, with a strong track record of delivering results - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations - Deep understanding of fulfillment operations, including order fulfillment, inventory flows, warehouse capacity and labor management, quality, and long-term roadmap planning - Excellent cross-team coordination, communication, and documentation skills - Experience presenting to and influencing senior
