About this role
Program Manager, AWS Compliance & Security Assurance Arlington, Virginia, USA At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Security is our highest priority. The AWS Compliance & Security Assurance team is responsible for diving deep into industry requirements, maintaining regulatory and security requirements, and establish strategies to meet current and upcoming customer and regulatory security needs. At AWS' scale, we hire experienced builders to design and operate scalable mechanisms to provide the highest level of assurance to our most regulatory conscious customers. We are looking for a Program Manager who will own the end-to-end scope, management, and delivery of scalable programs supporting the Compliance Operations and Regulatory Response (CORR) team. Operating in a fast-moving environment, your goal will be to improve efficiency to delight customers. You will interact with both technology and business leaders across the organization at all levels. The successful candidate has a solid program management background, experience with industry standards, and a track record of applying project management best practices to drive operational efficiency and program delivery excellence. This role will manage multiple workstreams while ensuring seamless execution of established processes and programs. Key job responsibilities • Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives and manage all aspects of multiple work-streams (e.g. planning, requirements, and communications). • Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs • Lead data-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies • Lead meetings including cross-functional and cross-organization stakeholders including senior leaders • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external
