About this role
Program Manager, ATDC Operations Integration Hagerstown, Maryland, USA Amazon's Worldwide Grocery - All-Temp Distribution Center Operations Integration team (ATDC OI) team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects. In this role you will scope and create project plans, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. You will work with up to 10 different cross-functional teams, while coordinating work closely with dozens of individuals across our three distribution centers. OI team members are the network experts of the processes they own. This means they will spend significant time on-the-floor and with operators to have the knowledge needed to be successful. This position will be part of an exciting, fast moving and growing business team. The right person for this job will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with dedication to seeing projects through to the end.
