Lead end-to-end Project Management of innovative solutions to enhance our customer delivery experience. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership to drive continuous improvement across our logistics network. Key job responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management, guiding initiatives from concept through implementation. Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced negotiation and communication skills to drive results. Create and execute comprehensive network expansion strategies, including detailed roadmaps and implementation plans. Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, making autonomous decisions while keeping stakeholders informed. Strong self-starter mentality with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Leverage data analytics to optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making. Provide leadership oversight for multiple locations while ensuring consistent operational excellence and compliance with Amazon standards.
