Product Quality Leader, Amazon Private Brand Shenzhen, CHN Amazon Private Label Quality Team is seeking a smart, passionate, hard-working, and creative team player to join our organization. This is an exciting and challenging position where you will support Amazon's Private Brands global product development and validation initiatives. As Product Quality leader, you will lead and manage a team of quality managers and engineers across multiple product categories and marketplaces simultaneously. Additionally, you will support and drive process improvement initiatives across Amazon's Private Brands organization. Key job responsibilities - Lead Complex Project Management: Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously through effective work prioritization, planning, and task delegation - Drive Quality Excellence: Manage quality metrics and performance by ensuring necessary reviews and actions are in place, leading global meetings and projects as needed.
