Product Manager, Global AR Process Excellence & Automation, Global Accounts Receivable Hyderabad, Telangana, IND Description Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) is seeking a Product Manager with a passion for process simplification, AI-driven automation, and operational excellence. This role is central to our mission of eliminating complexity across global AR operations -driving standardization, intelligent automation, and measurable efficiency gains across Amazon Business, AWS, Retail, and other business channels. You will lead the charge in simplifying how work gets done. You will partner with Global Process Owners, service center leaders, and engineering teams to identify high-friction processes, design simplified workflows, and deploy AI and automation solutions that scale globally. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role, it is a transformation role for someone who sees complexity as an opportunity to innovate. Key Job Responsibilities • Own the process simplification roadmap for assigned AR domains-identify friction, drive standardization, and eliminate unnecessary complexity across global service centers • Champion AI-first thinking-partner with engineering and FinOps teams to translate simplification opportunities into scalable automation • Support Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) design and drive adoption of Work Center as the unified platform for directed work • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution-research, requirements, roadmap development, and launch • Write clear Business Requirements that articulate simplification outcomes and automation opportunities • Partner with Global Process Owners across AB, AWS, Retail, and other channels to align priorities and drive adoption • Support migration from legacy tools to new platforms with thorough UAT and change management • Define and track metrics that measure impact-cycle
