Procurement Specialist, WWRGD Pipeline Equipment Team Austin, Texas, USA Join our Worldwide Retail Grocery Delivery (WWRGD) Procurement team as a Procurement Specialist and help us revolutionize how we standardize, and optimize Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) across WWRGD! Are you passionate about supplier partnerships and procurement excellence? Do you thrive on simplifying complex processes and standardizing solutions across multiple business lines? As a Procurement Specialist on our team, you'll be the single-threaded owner for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement. You'll leverage data analytics to identify optimization opportunities, lead cross-functional sourcing events, and collaborate with teams across World Wide Retail Grocery and Development Team to aggregate demand and achieve enterprise-level buying leverage. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence procurement strategy, build strong supplier relationships, and implement innovative cost reduction initiatives that directly impact our growing retail footprint. Key job responsibilities - Project Execution: Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, ensuring all purchase orders and equipment deliveries align with project timelines and budget constraints. - On-Time, Under-Budget Delivery: Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track purchase orders from execution through delivery to ensure timely completion. - Vendor Partnerships: Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management
