About this role

Process Engineer, AU Process Engineering Kemps Creek, New South Wales, AUS This role is an operations role and managers are expected to work 5 days per in their home FC with some travel to other FC's/Corporate locations expected. This role is based at BWU6 however provides coverage for BWU6, BWU1 and the soon to launch BWU4. The primary focuses of this role are on leading Variance/Controllable Loss reduction activities across Sydney legacy buildings in AU. The PE team is a globally diverse group of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement. This role represents an exciting opportunity to join, and support to form the formal launch of Process Engineering in Australia as it exists in other marketplaces. This team is essential to establish and execute benchmark operating standards, accelerate implementation of technology advancements and to strengthen process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network. As we continue to rapidly grow our FC footprint and infuse the organization with new talent, we need to ensure the operations teams are equipped with the needed process knowledge, established standards and benchmark practices for great process control.
