One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: 1. Administrative management of associates 2. Job allocation to associates 3, Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. 4. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates Key job responsibilities 1. Access Management : New hire login creation and permission management for new and existing resources 2.
