About the Role As a Principal UX Designer, Engagement Growth you will be a trusted part of design leadership, advising Director+ level stakeholders. You will own work at the program level and be a significant contributor to the creation, implementation, and successful delivery of design solutions for significantly complex problems that are focused on Viewer Engagement. This includes defining the strategy for features that increase the frequency of user engagement and build more durable relationships between creators and their communities.
