Your designs will transform automation through control interfaces, monitoring dashboards, and operational systems that prioritize user needs, safety, and efficiency. You'll create simple yet powerful solutions that balance technical requirements with user needs, directly impacting customer experience. Key job responsibilities - Work in a highly ambiguous environment to define UX in a first to market product - Set vision and execute on building intuitive interfaces and experiences for industrial technology applications - Create user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operations for customers - Develop and maintain scalable design systems - Partner with User Researcher or lead user research initiatives with operators and field personnel - Build and test prototypes for various use cases - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety
