Key job responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising's long-term business and technical goals. • Stakeholder Influence: Partner with senior leaders, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally. • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering, product, GTM, Salesforce administrators to design and implement scalable, and efficient system architectures. • Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.
