Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo Redmond, Washington, USA We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational programs that deliver transformative results for our customers. This role demands a leader who takes full ownership of ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from inception through delivery, drives decisions with urgency even when the path forward is unclear, and has the conviction to challenge assumptions and advocate for the right outcomes regardless of organizational pressure. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, influencing senior leadership, aligning competing priorities, and holding teams accountable to deliver results that matter. This is not a role for someone who waits for consensus or permission. You will define the vision, set the pace, and remove barriers with speed and decisiveness. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities You will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business units.
