Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Demand Tech Campaign Creation New York, New York, USA Drive the evolution of Amazon's advertising technology platform by leading strategic technical programs that impact millions of advertisers worldwide. You'll shape how businesses reach customers through Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Amazon DSP, and emerging ad technologies by orchestrating complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams and organizations. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives, coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams, product organizations, and business stakeholders - Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment by facilitating collaboration between engineering, product, science, and business teams to ensure shared vision and priorities - Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in areas such as ad serving, campaign management, measurement, and optimization - Establish program governance and accountability mechanisms including metrics, reporting structures, and visibility frameworks that support informed decision-making at senior leadership levels - Identify and mitigate risks across large-scale distributed systems, working proactively with engineering leaders to address technical and operational challenges before they impact service delivery A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on stewarding large-scale technical programs that span our advertising campaign creation technology platform.
