About this role
Principal Strategy and BizOps, WFS Product and Analytics Seattle, Washington, USA We're looking for a strategic leader who will challenge our thinking and reshape how we operate. As Principal Strategy and BizOps Leader for the Workforce Staffing Products and Analytics organization, you'll serve as the strategic thought partner to our director - someone who brings fresh perspective to problems and isn't afraid to push back on our assumptions. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, with direct exposure to our Senior leaders as you help shape organizational direction for a 100+ person, globally distributed team. This isn't a traditional BizOps role focused on tactical execution. You'll own the mechanisms that enable our team to execute with clarity and scale without creating bottlenecks, but more importantly, you'll influence strategic decisions that ripple across Workforce Staffing. Within your first 3-6 months, you'll lead a critical organizational restructuring effort that will define how we work for years to come. We are looking for someone who demonstrates outcome-oriented accomplishments with Senior Leader influence and strategic impact. We're looking for someone who has shaped organizational strategy, challenged leadership thinking, and delivered measurable business results at scale.
