Principal, Stores Infrastructure Accounting Seattle, Washington, USA The Stores Accounting organization is seeking a highly motivated Principal to serve as a key business partner on the Stores Accounting Team in Seattle, Washington. This role is central to strengthening controllership across the organization, with primary responsibility for managing and developing scalable financial controls and processes that simplify monthly reviews, enhance controllership rigor, and enable sustainable growth. You will partner closely with subsidiary, finance, accounting, and business teams to develop long-term strategies and drive new initiatives that support our mission, while working with key stakeholders and central teams to drive global standardization of metric and reporting definitions. This position requires collaboration across organizations to define financial and non-financial trade-offs in ambiguous environments, ensuring robust financial governance and control frameworks are maintained throughout. Additionally, you will lead and develop an exceptional Accounting team while actively investing in Finance and Accounting citizenship opportunities across the organization. The right individual will have exceptional accounting skills, strong team leadership and people management capabilities, and solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results.
